The National Forum for Black Public Administrators (NFBPA) is a leading organization advancing public leadership in local and state government.
The NFBPA South Florida Chapter serves public service leaders, emerging professionals, and community partners across Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties. We bring together leaders from government, education, nonprofit, and corporate sectors to connect, grow, and drive meaningful community impact.
As an official extension of NFBPA, we support the national mission through leadership development, partnerships, and service. National Headquarters is in Washington, DC.
The NFBPA South Florida Chapter is building a stronger, more connected pipeline of public service leaders across our region through four strategic pillars:
Elevating Leadership – Leadership development, training, mentorship, and thought leadership.
Driving Impact – Intentional programming and service that creates measurable results.
Building Community – Networking, collaboration, and engagement that keeps members connected and supported.
Financial Stability – Sustainable growth through sponsorships, partnerships, and fundraising to expand our impact.
Together, these pillars guide our work as we elevate leaders and strengthen South Florida communities.
In 2025, NFBPA South Florida delivered impactful programming, strengthened professional connections, and supported community-centered initiatives across Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties. Our chapter hosted leadership and networking experiences, engaged emerging leaders, and partnered with organizations advancing wellness and public service excellence.
